It is fabricated in midweight cotton drill with a draped hand feel and pronounced twill weave, in colours exclusive to MHL. The dress is constructed in a pinafore style with a button fastening at the left-hand side, a waistband with two pleats through the skirt, slanted pockets, and back darts to add shape.
